Pitch bend is essential for instruments like the sitar, and I have run into problems with connecting control surface apps due to background audio not being present. The first is a pitch bend control for the built in keyboard, and the second is background audio. However, I do think there is room for improvement, with in my opinion two important features are missing. Most of the Indian instruments on the App Store are overpriced garbage, and this is the ONLY one I have ever found where it seems like effort went in to sampling the instruments.
